Welcome to the Benicia Wrestling family!

We affectionately welcome you, because the reality is that we will be spending a ton of time together.  Wrestling is a sport that usually has lengthy competition days and long practices.  

Although the Benicia Middle School Fall program is designed to make the transition into our sport more entry level, there's a high expectation for commitment and participation from both the athletes and their families. 

Below is a brief breakdown of expected time and financial commitment to participate.
