We're excited to announce that Fall Wrestling at BMS will begin August 18th, 2025 at 5pm. Student-Athletes please meet IN FRONT of the MP room at 5pm (on the front office side).
Parents! Please take a moment to sign up. Please download, print, sign, and return all of the sports participation documents by Wednesday, August 20th, 2025.
BMS Sports request that all participant families contribute a donation of $75 to help support the general function of BMS Athletics Department.
Checks can be made out to Benicia Middle School with "Wrestling" and your child's name in the memo line. Payment can be submitted to the front office with Sports forms. Alternatively, donations can be made through the BMS PTO via electronic payment.

8/18 - Our first day of practice will be short from 5-6pm.
8/20 - 5-5:20pm Parent meeting
8/25 - No Practice (Due to school event)
8/27 - No Practice (Due to School event)
9/1 - No Practice (Due to Labor Day Weekend)
9/3 - No Practice (Due to school event)

EXTRA Sweatshirt or longsleeve shirt for after practice.
Comfortable Athletic Attire (No Jeans or Dresses).
Clothing should fully cover athlete's chest, arms and legs. (Dry-fit or poly/cotton blended materials are breathable)
Although this team will compete under the BMS banner, non-BMS students can also participate. All student-athletes must have a USAW card, sign all team agreements, and provided emergency contact information through the sign-up form.
